Spiritualize life, be free from strife: A poem

To rise above the world we know,
A divine path we all can sow.
With ethics as our guiding light,
And equipoise shining ever bright.

Let not reaction hold us fast,
But equanimity, built to last.
Unite the body, mind, and soul,
And make ourselves completely whole.

Beyond the limits of the brain,
A deeper wisdom to attain.
Seek unity with all that be,
Let go, soar high and feel free.

Do actions, free from selfish gain,
Let go of karma's binding chain.
Detach, and watch the spirit soar,
And open wide the cosmic door.
