Message of Bhagavad Gita Chapter 6

Message of Bhagavad Gita Chapter 6
Poem on "Dhyana Yoga"

In  the fleeting world, the mind finds its way,
As a foe or a friend in the dance of the day.
Self-restraint, a companion, guiding the mind,
To withdraw from senses,  and have an unwind

In meditation's embrace, seek the spirit's ascent,
A path paved with patience, where moments are spent.
Essence of yogis shines bright ‘n reflective in their gaze,
With disciplined minds and senses in a tranquil maze.

So tread on this journey, with grace as your guide,
In the depths of your spirit, let wisdom abide.
Mildness and moderation, life's gentle refrain,
A ballad of balance, where peace will remain.

Detachment like whispers, in shadows it dwells,
An equal vision cast, where harmony swells.
For in quiet meditation, the soul finds its song,
In the tapestry of stillness, where all souls belong.

Close your eyes, quieten your breath, be still and deep,
Calm your mind and watch thoughts that float beneath
In meditation, have no push or pull, relax and just be
The real self starts to see  as witness , you’ll feel free
