Poem on "Raja-Vidya-Guhya Yoga" or
The Royal Knowledge and Secret 

In realm of devotion, a profound path unfolds
Where surrender to Lord whispers secrets bold.
Devotion is a royal path, profound and mystic,
It reveals Lord in all, both vast and cryptic.

Complete surrender in love's gentle embrace,
That's the key to liberation, a sacred space.
Devotion is the simplest 'n most direct way,
To touch the Divine 'n to dance in the sway.

Krishna, the essence, the universe’s heart,
Sustainer of life, in whom all beings start.
He weaves the cosmos with powers divine,
In creation and dissolution, His forces align.

In devotion 'n transcendence, a freedom we gain
Even midst the chaos, beyond earthly strife 'n pain.
The Divine is hidden in all 'n in each fleeting breath,
He is there in every heartbeat, in life and in death.

With single-pointed focus, our hearts intertwine,
In dedication to the Divine, souls brightly shine.
In selfless surrender, let our spirit rise 'n soar,
For the mystic journey to lead us forevermore.

 The 11th edition of the UN proclaimed International Day of Yoga is going to be observed on June 21, 2025, with the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”.  According to the UN the theme 'echoes a vital truth that personal wellness and planetary health are inseparably linked.' "Yoga strengthens the body, calms the mind and fosters a heightened sense of awareness and responsibility in daily life. This mindfulness allows one to choose healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. In caring for ourselves, we begin to care for the Earth, reflecting the enduring Indian ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world is one family," adds the UN.  Late Yoga guru B. K. S. Iyengar had once said, “Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.”
