ABCs of Traditional Knowledge Systems
A: Approaches to knowing that indigenous communities share and practice, and which are based on their unique cultures, histories, practices, beliefs, and values.
B: Based on local communities of ways of knowing and living in harmony
C: Cultural, occupational practices , ways of knowledge construction and transfer of knowledge that are unique to a given place and a particular community
D: Dynamic and place-based folk knowledge and ancestral wisdom built on the practices of past generations also known as Traditional Knowledge or Traditional Ecological Knowledge
E: Evolutionary knowledge construction by deeming local cultural context and roots as philosophy of flourishing communal life.
