That conditions-n-enslaves us /
To material comforts/
To conveniences-n-short-cuts/
To sensual gratifications/
To animal instincts

Attain self-knowledge -
Deem yourself as a
Consciousness state
Which can be evolved -
To higher state of consciousness -
That's non-reactive
That's self-reflective
That's ever-learning
That's self-realising

Develop inner resources
To solve your problems
By changing yourself
By de-conditioning yourself
By getting out of box
By changing your mind-set
***
Practice equanimity-n-non-duality
Practice forgiveness-n-pro-action
Practice empathy-n-compassion
These are virtues
For living a spiritual life
Philosophise life
Transcend mundane materialistic life
Live for a higher purpose
Divinise yourself
To live as spiritually-intelligent being
