NON-POEM

 The best is the person -

The divine is the person -

The one who is not born yet – ‘n never shall be born

The one who is dead - ‘n shall ever be dead

The one who not known – ‘n never shall ever be known – the unknown

The ultimate is the person -

The godly is the person

The one who is non-person

The one in non-physical state

The one in no-mind state

The one who is ego-free

The one who is devoid of evils

The one who harbours no desires

The one with pure consciousness

The one who’s realised soulfulness

***

So, be the best - exist as the best

So, become not – exist as pure awareness

So, try not to become – just be

So, try not gains-n-fame – be unattached -  be acquanimous

Be nothing to be the best – to be everything - Absolute One

 The 11th edition of the UN proclaimed International Day of Yoga is going to be observed on June 21, 2025, with the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”.  According to the UN the theme 'echoes a vital truth that personal wellness and planetary health are inseparably linked.' "Yoga strengthens the body, calms the mind and fosters a heightened sense of awareness and responsibility in daily life. This mindfulness allows one to choose healthier and more sustainable lifestyles. In caring for ourselves, we begin to care for the Earth, reflecting the enduring Indian ethos of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam — the world is one family," adds the UN.  Late Yoga guru B. K. S. Iyengar had once said, “Yoga cultivates the ways of maintaining a balanced attitude in day-to-day life and endows skill in the performance of one’s actions.”
